Because of my allergies, she made sure to prepare dishes without porc, instead there was chicken and moderate spices, more spice could be added to our liking. So everybody happy. Nous pensions qu'il s'agissait d'un cours collectif, mais elle était toute seule à profiter des conseils du moniteur (dont j'ai oublié le prénom) mais qui était extrèmement gentil et pédagogue. Nous avons demandé la veille à avancer de 2h l'heure du cours et cela a été possible sans problème. Le cours a débuté par des conseils théoriques sur la belle plage de l'Hôtel Ahau, puis la mise en pratique dans les vagues.
