He was very kind, personable, and informative. We would definitely take a tour with him again. The only knock I have is with the Office. The communication was a bit sketchy. They were supposed to send us contact information, etc. and they never did so we weren’t quite sure how the pick up would go, but Carlos was there on time and again took real good care of us through out the day!”

“The cenote and tour at chichen itza were all great, and well guided. When getting picked up from Playa Del Carmen, the excursion is closer to 15 hours total than 10-12 due to the out of way pick ups in Tulum (which takes up the first few hours of the day). There’s also a lot of forced gift shop time that’s a bit tiring. If in budget, I’d suggest a private tour that goes more directly”

“Very educational tour with many facets of Mayan culture. Tonancy was an excellent guide and kept on task and weather driver David was able to get us there to get in line in time to climb the ruins. She knows a lot about the Mayan symbols and her explanation was very informative. I recommend this tour if you are interested in the history of the Mayan culture.”

“It was a great day. Just wished we had more time in Valladolid. Also please note for all the non swimmers you don’t really have anywhere to sit and watch others with your things. You have to leave everything in a locker, or the odd thing you may still have you then have to leave at the top of quite a lot of stairs. Including sandals. Life vests are mandatory even for non swimmers in that area too.”

“Picking up is on time with small van that has 14 seats. 6 of us in the van met and got aquinted, then surprisingly we soon stopped at a place and called into separate vans. Guess that kind of pick up reduced total pick up time. So we were with a new group in a new van, total 14 people. I would say the pick up process is very smooth. “Marcella was absolutely amazing! Our driver was really good too. He drove safe, our van was nice, and comfortable. Sexy Marcella knew the history of the area, it's people, their customs, their story, as well as what each one of the buildings in the ruins were used for.
