“Carlos our tour guide was great! The pick up and drop off was prompt and professional. Carlos took great care of us throughout the day. He gave us a lot of information about Chichen itza. He was very kind, personable, and informative. We would definitely take a tour with him again. The only knock I have is with the Office. The communication was a bit sketchy. They were supposed to send us contact information, etc. and they never did so we weren’t quite sure how the pick up would go, but Carlos was there on time and again took real good care of us through out the day!”

“Our guide Yosua was awesome and brought us to swim/snorkel in two different cenotes. He was extremely knowledgeable and picked spots to swim to in the caves where we were the only ones, making it a truly private experience.
