“Fantastic! Our hoat was so knowledgeable regarding Mexican history in general, of the Playa del Carmen area and the food. We made tamales from scratch, chili reanos, had a fire show in tradional mortar which we subsequently filled with grilled vegetables, shrimp, o tops, beef & chicken topped with guacamole. Way too much food but fantastic!”
