“We ended up having a good time but be aware this experience is not what the description says. Firstly there was mass chaos starting with getting picked up. Even though on my receipt it clearly says name of hotel they had the wrong location. Then we finally arrive in Cancun at the dock and there was now huge confusion to find our catamaran. The line was 30 min long. The crew was amazing! The tour guide that took us out was awesome! Took his time to make sure everyone was accounted for in the water at all times and waited for ppl to catch up! The description says boxed lunch…”

“Isla Mujeres speaks for itself. It is always beautiful and such a wonderful experience. This specific catamaran was mediocre at best from the watered down drinks whether alcoholic or not, terrible buffet lunch with nasty beach area, to the bucket they were having everyone rinse their feet or shoes off in without changing the water, and you had to be 12 to snorkel!! Other catamarans had a hose with running water to wash everyone’s feet/legs/shoes and allowed all ages to snorkel. We have been on other catamarans with a much better experience. Disappointing!”

“It was a great trip! The booze was flowing all day! Bring a jacket it can be cold and windy. The ride from Tulum to picking up other passengers at other resorts and then to the dock is a long way away. When you show up it’s a mess and super unorganized. They have docking fee charges and booze fee charges at the restaurant. Other than those hiccups, it was a great trip.”

“I’d give them zero stars if I could. They never gave us the correct pick up time so our bus left without us. They argued with us for over an hour about whether or not we received the pick up time. We were hung up on multiple times when speaking to the manager. Terrible customer service, liars, and scammers. Luckily Viator was able to give us a refund after the tour operators continued to tell us no. Do not book this, very bad experience.”

Nous n'avions pas réservé l'activité pour Isla Mujeres car nous l'avions déjà fait de notre côté, bien plus local et typique (je vous conseille de faire du snorkelling à Garrafon de Castilla). Cependant le tour de l'île contoy était vraiment top, des règles a suivre sur place mais cela est tout à fait compréhensible pour la préservation de l'île. Les explications des guides étaient top. If you've been down 5th, you know this ruse. It was so awesome of the guides to inform people though. Snorkeling was amazing, drinks and music were fantastic, and it was just a fantastic day.”
