She spoke great English and organised a guide for the Ruins part to speak both German and English (due to having some people from Netherlands etc. in our group). She clearly knew a lot about the culture, species and traditions. She answered all the questions asked and shared interesting facts about the ecosystem in the caves. “Ecotours was top notch. Our guide, Larissa was excellent. We swam with the Whale Sharks two times, made a stop at Isla Muhares for ceviche and snorkeling and had a great time. Its a long day, and I highly recomnend you take something for seasickness, because you are sitting on the boat in the waves for a good bit of time, but it is well worth it to see and swim with the whale sharks.”

“A brilliant day of Mayan history at the unique Tulum site. This was followed by a short trip to Canamayte Cenote and eco park. A satisfying lunch, consisting of a variety of salad, tacos, grilled meat and veg, including a choice of a couple of desserts, was followed by around an hour of swimming in one of the two Cenotes. “My best friend and I had fun. She does have walking issues and we needed to get a taxi to get around once we were on the island. She also has difficulty getting in and out of the boat and the guides were very helpful. The lunch was really good. Be sure to bring dollar bills so you can tip. “I believe we ended up doing Snorkel Maya, Our tour bus driver was unable to locate our hotel, so we missed Snorkel xtreme, however when I spoke with them on the phone they offered us a different trip for that day. No complaints, just fun and good times. We snorkeled in 3 different eco systems. Zip lined into the water and enjoyed fish therapy where the fishes ate the dead skin cells off our feet. the lunch served was delicious and we truly enjoyed ourselves.”

“Well they canceled my tour the day before it was scheduled. it was scheduled for Jan 20th, I woke up Jan 19th to a message saying "sorry, we changed our operating times." they tried to reschedule me for Wednesday jan 21st. but I already had another tour booked. I said that wouldn't work, and to refund me. Well its Feb6th after 9pm. I am still waiting for my refund. I have messaged them on the chat we had going a few days ago, and no response. They are real quick to take money. Not so much at giving it back when they mess up.”

“If you’re into action, this park is for you. We spent the whole day exploring caves, flying down zip lines, and eating to our heart’s content. The park is beautifully designed and very clean. It felt safe and exciting at the same time. The staff were professional and everything ran smoothly. One tip — get there early to enjoy all the activities without rushing.”

The catamaran trip was great, just found that there were so many people snorkelling the guides were constantly shouting this way this way hurrying people along so you didn't really have a leisurely snorkel to truly enjoy the sights. “Pros: This tour is very good... We enjoyed Chichen Itza - it was hot but bring fan, umbrella, water and sunblock. Cenote is only 1 hour :( and Valladolid Church 30 mins. The lunch buffet was good. Transportation is comfortable and clean. Ernesto was nice we gave him good tip. I recommend this tour. Cons: They pick us at 7am at our hotel. The issue is until 9:50am they still picking up people from different locations without telling us. You should inform people who's already in the bus the time of the tour. We didn't have enough time at the Cenote and Valladolid. But we still enjoy the tour”
