“The tour and the food was good. The transportation portion of the tour was horrible. We took a small van that was not cooled sufficiently to a big smelly coach bus. It was a very uncomfortable ride. My family refused to ride back in that bus for an hour so we paid to take a cab back to our resort. My brother who weighs 239 lbs was not able to participate in the zip lining activity due to his weight. So that’s something to consider when booking this tour.”

“The only cool thing about this tour is the cave cenote. The facility in Tulum where the vans meet up had a women’s bathroom but no working light so we had to take a flashlight. The road off the highway to get to the activities is so bumpy that it’s takes a good 30 minutes to get down the driveway. The ATVs are really loud.
