“Carlos our tour guide was great! The pick up and drop off was prompt and professional. Carlos took great care of us throughout the day. He gave us a lot of information about Chichen itza. He was very kind, personable, and informative. We would definitely take a tour with him again. The only knock I have is with the Office. The communication was a bit sketchy. They were supposed to send us contact information, etc. and they never did so we weren’t quite sure how the pick up would go, but Carlos was there on time and again took real good care of us through out the day!”

Heber was incredibly knowledgeable and we learned so much from him! He told us where to stand for perfect pictures and knew where to go to avoid crowds. The service of this trip was above and behind. “The whole trip was wonderful. They pick you up at your hotel and take you to a beautiful beach. After getting on the boat there was an open bar with great drinks and plenty of room to walk around and enjoy the gorgeous sights and refreshing ocean breeze. The staff was excellent and we met some wonderful new friends onboard. We would definitely do this again; it was perfect.”

“Our private luxury catamaran excursion exceeded our expectations. The staff was welcoming and very attentive. Our tour included drinks and food, we were not disappointed. They did an excellent job preparing and presenting our meals (multiple courses) and drink choices and everything was very tasty and fresh. We had a great time snorkeling, swimming and just lounging around. Our only regret is that we didn't book the 8-hour excursion. After being on the boat for-4 hours, we didn't want to it to end. We had so much fun and they the crew was amazing!”

“Overall it was a good experience. There were just a few things that needed improving. There were ants in the kitchen area. I think it is time for extermination. The boat needs a little updating, but still comfortable. The food was good and plenty of it. The staff was nice and made sure we were taken care of. Also, it is important to say that prior to the trip, I communicated with the staff often and they responded promptly and was able to accommodate my requests.”

“Our Guide Dulce and our driver both did an excellent job. Dulce gave us some knowledge about the geology and Maya history of the Cenotes. She also answered our questions about some local wildlife. The Cenote experience was so memorable, like snorkeling into another planet. We were given wetsuits to stay warm and flashlights to see the stalactites and stalagmites. Dulce took us through a narrow segment into the Bat Cave. I highly recommend doing this section as you can see may little fruit bats and a very beautiful cave with a small opening to the sky where a shaft of light beams down. “Great trip! Our guide, Chris, was knowledgeable and provided us with interesting facts about the Mayan ruins & Cenotes. The Mayan meal was delicious. We look forward to future trips with this company & appreciated the private tour with only our four family members rather than a large group tour. Well worth the money!”
